They are seeking an Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in all processes and products, contributing to the development of innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality management systems and protocols.
- Conduct audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., GMP, GLP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
