The team is seeking an Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing (Google Ads) to join their team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and experimentation-driven Google Ads specialist who will take ownership of scaling the channel for their D2C business. This position is not about routine campaign management; it requires a strategic approach to drive growth across various platforms including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Generation while focusing on optimizing for new customers, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Google Ads revenue, CAC, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Conduct regular analysis and experimentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google Ads.
