About this role
The team is seeking an Assistant Manager - MEP to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP project execution from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure MEP systems are integrated effectively.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee installation processes.
- Prepare and review technical documentation and reports.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in MEP project management or related roles.
