The team is seeking an Assistant Manager - Media & Digital Transformation to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of media deployment and driving impactful digital content strategies that elevate brand superiority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in media deployment across various channels including R&F media, social-first media, influencers, and E-commerce.
- Develop and implement impactful media and digital content strategies that reinforce brand discipline.
- Pioneer, test, and scale new initiatives, including the integration of AI technologies into media strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in media and digital content initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize media spend and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in media planning and digital transformation, ideally within a consumer goods or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends, including social media and e-commerce.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in media and digital marketing.
