About this role
The team is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager for their R&D team in the Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Pharma sectors. This role is crucial for driving product formulation development and managing innovation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting stability studies and overseeing the tech transfer process to third-party manufacturers, along with in-house R&D for new product development (NPD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product formulation development initiatives.
- Manage innovation projects from concept to execution.
- Conduct stability studies to ensure product efficacy and safety.
- Facilitate tech transfer processes to third-party manufacturers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support in-house R&D NPD efforts.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Pharma R&D.
- Hands-on experience in product formulation and development.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in R&D within the Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Pharma industries.
