The team is seeking an Assistant Manager Logistics to join their team in Jhagadia. This role is pivotal in enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team through Salesforce training and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and sales processes, with a focus on optimizing Salesforce functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Salesforce training and support to enhance sales team effectiveness.
- Customize and optimize Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflows aligned with sales strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Salesforce capabilities.
- Create clear documentation including user guides and FAQs for Salesforce users.
- Maintain Salesforce data accuracy and assist sales staff with data entry and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics and sales operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Salesforce, including customization and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in logistics, sales support, or a related field, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
