About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for their Loan Against Securities (LAS) vertical. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and managing the book size for the LAS segment within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the LAS portfolio to achieve Net AUM growth.
- Enhance customer engagement and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Acquire new clients and drive multi-product cross-sell initiatives to generate fee income.
- Maintain risk management protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly in loans or securities.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and financial analysis software.
Experience: 5-8 years in a relevant field.
