The team is seeking an Assistant Manager IPQA to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance and monitoring production activities on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular plant rounds to monitor production activities.
- Prepare and maintain quality-related documents including SOPs, BMRs, BCRs, and BPRs.
- Review BMRs, BCRs, and analysis records prior to the release of APIs.
- Perform sampling of APIs and maintain accurate records.
- Manage control samples of APIs and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of sampling tools.
- Provide line clearance during product changeovers.
- Review and oversee the dispatch of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IPQA processes and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in preparing quality documentation and conducting audits.
- Proficiency in sampling techniques and quality control measures.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, specifically in IPQA or quality assurance roles.
