About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager with a strong background in SAP Functional areas to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing system support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing business processes related to SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP FM, MM, FI, and PS modules, addressing any issues or bugs that arise.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve business problems related to various SAP functions.
- Offer ad-hoc training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the SAP PP module.
- Identify and propose enhancements to improve business processes and system efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system processes and user guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of SAP FM, MM, FI, PS, and PP modules.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills for user training and support.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong documentation skills to maintain clear and concise records.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP functional roles, with a focus on support and process improvement.
