About this role
The team is seeking an Assistant Manager for Business Intelligence and MIS to lead the development of a unified reporting framework across the organization. This pivotal role will interface with Operations, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Delivery teams, ensuring that fragmented data is transformed into reliable, actionable insights. The ideal candidate will not only generate reports but will also architect the underlying data infrastructure and design an intuitive reporting experience utilizing modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect the data foundation to ensure a single source of truth for reporting.
- Design and implement reporting solutions that provide decision-ready insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and reporting requirements.
- Utilize modern AI tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across various platforms.
- Train and support team members in utilizing reporting tools and interpreting data.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in data analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
