About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead software model-based verification and validation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software verification, particularly in ADAS, BODY, and CHASSIS applications and ECUs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the software verification processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Implement software requirements into test designs and develop comprehensive test cases.
- Conduct unit, component, and integration testing to validate software functionality.
- Manage model integration and automation tasks to enhance verification efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on software development and testing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in software verification and validation.
- Strong knowledge of software verification methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, SIMULINK, State Flow/State Chart, Model Advisor, and MATLAB GUI.
- Experience with model-based development and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
