About this role
The team is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Operations Department within the Finance & DTC function. This role involves being a key member of the Business Process Lead team, focusing on driving digital transformation initiatives across a cluster of plants and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and support various plants in their digital transformation journey, developing an End to End Roadmap.
- Identify and implement advanced digital tools and technologies aimed at improving manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the advancement and optimization of tools for digital manufacturing, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for further enhancement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital transformation initiatives, particularly in manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies and digital tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar role.
