About this role
The team is seeking an Assistant Engineer - Geotechnical to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out geotechnical design and analysis for various structures, including slopes, retaining structures, foundations, earthworks, and hydrogeology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geotechnical and structural analysis for proposed designs using engineering software.
- Review and interpret ground investigation data, including geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring data.
- Prepare detailed design submission reports, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the CAD team to ensure accurate preparation of drawings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in geotechnical engineering software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring techniques.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering.
