The team is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to join their team at a Courtyard by Marriott property in Gwalior. This role is essential in developing and implementing property-wide financial strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan that supports the property and brand’s financial goals.
- Provide financial expertise to ensure the successful implementation of brand service strategies and initiatives.
- Analyze financial data to maximize return on investment and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret financial data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
