The team is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to support the daily operations of their food and beverage services. This role involves overseeing restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily supervision of restaurant and bar operations.
- Support menu planning and development in collaboration with the management team.
- Maintain sanitation standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist servers and hosts during peak service times to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor staff to foster a positive working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, including beverage preparation and service.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management or a related field.
