The team, a prominent education group in the UP West region, is seeking an Area Sales Manager specializing in ERP Sales. This role is crucial for driving sales initiatives and expanding the team base in the education sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities across various locations in Western UP, primarily focusing on Meerut and Saharanpur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the education sector to promote ERP solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Travel to various cities in Haryana and Western UP to meet clients and conduct presentations.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in ERP or educational technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
