About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Architect - ServiceNow Product Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of ServiceNow ITSM and its related modules. You will play a critical role in product governance, AI and agentic engineering, and enterprise integration engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product architecture and design authority for ServiceNow ITSM and related modules.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, data model, and CMDB strategy.
- Establish module design standards and lead reviews for significant development efforts.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive ITSM modernization initiatives.
- Implement AI-driven solutions such as Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM and related modules.
- Strong understanding of product architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in AI technologies and enterprise integration engineering.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow product engineering and architecture.
