The team is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Architect to join their newly established IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India. This role is critical in expanding the technology foundation that supports their global operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that leverage advanced digital capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies such as automation, data analytics, AI, and cloud computing.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect or similar role, with 5-8 years in IT architecture and design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), data management, and AI technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
