The team is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Architect specializing in Copilot and Agentic AI Platforms to join their newly established IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India. This role is pivotal in enhancing the technology foundation that supports global operations and requires collaboration with teams across various regions to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement innovative IT solutions that leverage Copilot and Agentic AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs through technology.
- Evaluate and integrate new digital capabilities such as automation, data analytics, AI, and cloud services.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT architecture or solutions design, with a focus on AI platforms.
- Proficiency in AI technologies, cloud services, and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
