About this role
The team is seeking an experienced APTEAN ROSS ERP Consultant for a contract position offshore, working on a schedule aligned with EST USA hours. The contract will last for 24 months, requiring a commitment of 40 hours each week through 2030.
In this role, you will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and customization of the APTEAN ROSS ERP system across all company locations. As the company embarks on a migration to MS Dynamics 365, you will work as part of a small team of Developer Analysts to analyze backend code and data structures, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintenance for the APTEAN ROSS ERP system.
- Customize ERP functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Analyze backend code and data structures for effective migration.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Assist in the transition to MS Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and system compatibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with APTEAN ROSS ERP.
- Strong understanding of ERP customization and maintenance.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in ERP consulting and development.
