The team is seeking a highly skilled and ownership-driven Senior Full Stack Developer to join their Engineering team in JP Nagar, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate thrives on building scalable, high-performance web applications and possesses strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
- Develop secure and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, optimize, and maintain databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Take ownership of application features from design and development through deployment and maintenance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical improvements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in React.js & Next.js
- Experience with Node.js & Express.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL & MongoDB
- Expertise in RESTful API Development
- Competence in HTML5, CSS3 & Responsive Design
- Experience with Git & Version Control
- Understanding of Component-Based Architecture and Software Design Principles
- Skills in Performance Optimization
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Docker & CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with Redux Toolkit & RTK Query
- Experience with Jest & React Testing Library
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Agile/Scrum Development experience
