About this role
The team is seeking an Applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer who is a hands-on builder passionate about developing practical AI solutions to solve business challenges. In this role, you will design, build, and support AI-powered applications, workflows, and automation tools across various functions including engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, legal, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define AI use cases.
- Design and implement AI algorithms and models to address specific business needs.
- Work with enterprise data and APIs to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Develop and maintain automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI applications and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in a business environment.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in applied AI or related fields.
