About this role
The team is seeking a proactive and operationally mature Applications L2 Support Engineer to join their team in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves providing support for digital platforms and ensuring the smooth operation of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for applications, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems.
- Monitor application performance and conduct regular health checks to ensure optimal operation.
- Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Assist in the deployment of application updates and patches.
- Provide training and guidance to junior support staff as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in application support, particularly in a Level 2 capacity.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues and providing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and technologies relevant to the role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in applications support or a related field.
