We are seeking an experienced Application Security Analyst to join the team on a remote basis in India for a 6-month contract, with the potential for a 6-month extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application security and a passion for safeguarding digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct application security testing to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on secure coding practices and remediation strategies.
- Perform threat modeling and risk assessments on applications.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance security measures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in application security testing.
- Familiarity with security tools such as static and dynamic analysis tools.
- Knowledge of secure coding standards and best practices.
- Understanding of web application architecture and security protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in application security or a related field.
