About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Application Engineer specializing in Temperature Control to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by providing technical insights and support related to HVAC and cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical inputs.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical proposals for HVAC projects.
- Conduct HVAC and cooling design assessments and site surveys as necessary.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers to clarify specifications and requirements.
- Select appropriate equipment such as chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and cooling towers based on project needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC and cooling design.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the selection of chillers, AHUs, and cooling towers.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
