About this role

The team is seeking an Application Development Consultant to join their team in a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions for key Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and existing architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with business design groups and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across application, data, and integration layers.
  • Identify and address non-obvious root causes of technical problems.
  • Ensure that all solutions adhere to established architecture standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in application development, particularly in PLM applications.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to application development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in application development and software engineering.
