About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development and administration, particularly with BaaN ERP systems. This role requires hands-on knowledge of various BaaN modules, including Finance, Distribution, and Manufacturing, as well as experience in production support and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using BaaN IVc4.
- Administer and support various BaaN ERP modules.
- Utilize Unix for shell scripting and manage crontab scheduling.
- Extract and manipulate data from Oracle databases using SQL.
- Provide production support and coordinate with team members on RFCs and projects.
- Participate in on-call support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with BaaN ERP modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing).
- Proficient in Unix shell scripting and crontab.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle/SQL for data extraction.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in application development and support, with a focus on ERP systems.
