About this role
The team is seeking an experienced App DBA to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Oracle databases, ensuring high availability and performance in a 24x7 operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Oracle Database, Oracle RAC, and Oracle ASM on versions 11g and 12c.
- Manage Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, including physical data structures and their usage.
- Perform technical configurations, patching, and upgrades for EBS R12.1.x/12.2.x and 11i.
- Utilize Apps DBA skills to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
- Work with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher reports, Oracle Workflow, Discoverer, WebADI, and Weblogic server.
- Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain data integration solutions using ODI and OBIEE.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Database, Oracle RAC, and Oracle ASM.
- Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and configurations.
- Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow.
- Experience with data integration tools like ODI and OBIEE.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle DBA roles, with a focus on EBS and related technologies.
