About this role

The team is seeking an experienced API Integrations Engineer to join their innovative team focused on building agentic AI solutions for small and medium-sized businesses globally. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain application and API integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance of APIs.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and workflows.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in API development and integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in API design and integration, with a strong understanding of RESTful services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Familiarity with API management tools and platforms (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Apigee).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in API integrations and software development.
