About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Android Developer to join their team. In this role, you will design and build applications for Infotainment on the Android Automotive platform, ensuring high quality and responsiveness of applications. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to design and launch new features, while maintaining code integrity and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications for the Android Automotive platform.
- Ensure the quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create and implement new features.
- Maintain code integrity and organization throughout the development process.
- Optimize applications for performance, including offline storage and threading.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of the Java programming language.
- Proficiency with Android SDK and experience with multiple versions of Android.
- Experience with the Android framework and performance tuning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Android development.
