The team is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and enhance business performance for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
