The team is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and enhance customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring the integrity and availability of data for analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust data models and ETL processes to support analytics initiatives.

- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles, preferably within the fintech industry.
