Analyst - Quality Assurance - RKT

The team is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in a hybrid work environment in Pune, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality control and assurance reviews of communications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance reviews of communications delivered by the Document Management & Control (DMC) Team.
• Sample and review content to verify correct display and inclusion of all required information.
• Manage assigned samples and ensure timely completion of reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in communication processes.
• Document findings and provide feedback to enhance quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a regulatory environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using quality assurance tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
