The team is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of master data across various systems. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data management strategies that support the team’s vision of safer and cleaner mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain master data across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to define data governance policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Support data migration and integration efforts during system upgrades or changes.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on data management best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data management or analytics, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of master data management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
