The team is seeking an Analyst, IT Risk & Compliance to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that IT controls are functioning effectively and compliance requirements are met. This position involves managing IT SOX monitoring activities and responding to requests related to control validation and improvements. Additionally, the Analyst will provide support to both internal and external stakeholders regarding IT controls and assist in IT audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess IT controls to ensure they are working as intended.
- Manage IT SOX compliance activities and documentation.
- Respond to requests for control validation and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate IT audits.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding IT compliance and risk management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT risk management, compliance, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of IT controls and compliance frameworks, particularly SOX.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
