About this role
The team is seeking an Analyst, IT Infrastructure to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, upgrading, and continuously improving the site's operating environment. Your primary focus will be to ensure the ongoing reliability, performance, and security of the infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain operating environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to incidents and problems in a timely manner.
- Deploy new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Design, install, configure, and maintain PC/server operating systems and networks.
- Perform testing of related utilities and hardware to ensure functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address infrastructure needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking concepts.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services.
- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
