About this role
The team is seeking an Analyst Information Security / Security Engineer to join their team in a hybrid work environment, with three days in the office located in Bangalore. This position focuses on Information Security Compliance and plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of security measures across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate the implementation of information security requirements.
- Collaborate with personnel from various departments to assess security needs.
- Identify areas for the development of technical solutions to automate and improve business processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Prepare reports and documentation on security compliance and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in information security or a related area.
- Strong understanding of information security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
