About this role
The team is seeking an Analyst Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing solutions that meet user requirements and ensure technical specifications are adhered to. You will collaborate closely with the analyst tester to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria, ensuring all solutions are well-defined and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of user story definitions and acceptance criteria.
- Define the underlying design required to deliver changes within the constraints of the feature/user story.
- Ensure solutions meet requirements and work end-to-end.
- Provide solutions and recommendations for the resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in analysis and design methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience in analysis and development.
