The team is seeking an Analyst - Data Scientist to join their team in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore. This individual contributor role is focused on commercial analytics, where you will leverage data-driven solutions to address business challenges. As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with various teams to identify and define business problems that can be solved with data analytics.
- Design and implement machine learning models to derive insights and drive decision-making.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that can inform business strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Continuously improve data processes and model performance through iterative testing and validation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data science or analytics roles.
