About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Alteryx Developer to join their team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and a proven track record of utilizing Alteryx for data preparation and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows to support data analytics initiatives.
- Utilize Alteryx Designer to perform complex data joins, utilize spatial tools, and create advanced macros.
- Write, tune, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries in a production environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Implement dimensional modeling techniques to enhance data structure and reporting capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Alteryx, including proficiency in complex joins and advanced macros.
- Strong expertise in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
- Experience in data modeling, particularly dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience: 3-5 years in data analytics and Alteryx development.
