About this role
The team is seeking an experienced AI Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise AI platforms, including Copilot, Claude, and custom Azure-hosted AI solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, performance, and policy compliance of these systems while working within a framework of governance and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support enterprise AI platforms, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with APIs, connectors, and automation tools to facilitate secure data access for AI systems, maintaining confidentiality and governance.
- Coordinate with vendors for platform updates, feature enablement, and troubleshooting operational issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation covering AI platform configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with enterprise AI platforms and cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
- Proficiency in working with APIs and automation tools.
- Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a systems administration role, with a focus on AI or cloud technologies.
