The team is seeking an experienced AI Prompt Engineer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will design and refine advanced prompts tailored for various healthcare use cases, enhancing clinical reasoning, summarization, report generation, and patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine advanced prompts for diverse healthcare applications.
- Build structured prompt workflows utilizing system/user separation, examples, and context window tuning.
- Evaluate prompt effectiveness through human reviews, automated metrics, and continuous feedback from deployments.
- Compare and experiment with different prompting techniques, including fine-tuning and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in AI and natural language processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and workflow design.
- Familiarity with healthcare data and use cases is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve prompt effectiveness.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
