The team is seeking an experienced AI/MLOps SRE Lead Engineer to join their innovative team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining robust AI and machine learning operations, ensuring the reliability and scalability of systems that support groundbreaking medical advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy machine learning models into production.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Implement best practices for CI/CD in machine learning workflows.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI/ML operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in MLOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AI/MLOps or SRE roles.
