About this role
The team is seeking an experienced AI / ML Developer for a contract-to-hire position. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying deep learning and computer vision models to address complex business challenges. You will also monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement deep learning algorithms and computer vision models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor the performance of deployed models and conduct regular evaluations.
- Optimize algorithms for efficiency and scalability.
- Document processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with computer vision techniques and deep learning architectures.
- Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI and machine learning development.
