About this role
The team is seeking an experienced AI Infrastructure / GenAI Architect – Associate Manager to join their team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, testing, and operationalizing enterprise-grade Large Language Model (LLM), Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable AI/LLM technology architecture for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and tools to enhance existing systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of AI solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in AI/GenAI architecture and development.
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and tools, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
