About this role
The team is seeking a skilled AI Engineering Product Manager to lead the delivery of innovative construction technology and CAD drawing-automation software. In this role, you will collaborate closely with structural engineers and manage a diverse team of 15-25 backend, frontend, and AI engineers. Your technical expertise and product management skills will be essential in driving the success of our engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of software projects within the construction tech and CAD automation space.
- Collaborate with structural engineers to understand requirements and ensure alignment with technical capabilities.
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Utilize hands-on familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools to inform product development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management within the CAD, AutoCAD, BIM, PLM, EDA, or simulation domains.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in a technical environment.
