The team is seeking an AI Engineer specializing in HR to join their innovative team in Mumbai. This role involves developing and implementing AI solutions that enhance human resource processes and improve employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI models to streamline HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI in HR practices, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
- Continuously monitor and improve AI systems based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in HR applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or data science, preferably within an HR context.
