About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join their team on a contract basis. This remote role focuses on designing and building AI-powered capabilities for an enterprise Customer Self-Service platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing intelligent systems that enhance customer interactions and streamline service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI solutions that empower customers to manage products and services effectively.
- Develop intelligent systems that facilitate customer interactions with enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine requirements for AI capabilities.
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability within the customer self-service environment.
- Conduct testing and validation of AI features to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Java, Node.js/TypeScript, and/or Python.
- Strong experience in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Familiarity with customer self-service platforms and enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in AI development, with a focus on customer-facing applications.
