About this role
The team is seeking an experienced AI Architect with a strong background in .NET and Azure to design and govern end-to-end AI architectures. This role will enable intelligent automation and decision support across various insurance functions, including underwriting, claims, reinsurance, and document-heavy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and secure AI architectures on the Azure ecosystem.
- Develop production-grade GenAI platforms leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI.
- Implement Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to process complex unstructured insurance documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Govern best practices in AI architecture and development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI architecture and design, particularly in the insurance sector.
- Strong proficiency in .NET development and Azure services.
- Familiarity with LLMs, Agentic AI, and OCR technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders.
Experience: 5-8 years in AI architecture and .NET development.
