About this role
The team is seeking an experienced AI Agent Developer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and managing software applications from end-to-end. You will build and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents, ensuring they are robust and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and design advanced AI applications and systems.
- Build and deploy autonomous AI agents that operate in production environments.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures supported by vector databases.
- Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows and agentic systems for enhanced performance.
- Integrate large language models via APIs, including OpenAI, Hugging Face, and Azure AI.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) to ensure secure and governed data access for agents.
- Own AI governance and manage the model lifecycle effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in AI development and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with large language models and their integration.
- Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of AI governance and lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in AI development or related fields.
